This Privacy Policy describes how ProspeAI collects, uses, and shares information.

1. Information we collect

Account data (email, name, password hash), usage data (search filters, unlock history, session logs), and billing data (plan, credits, transaction IDs). We do not store full payment card numbers.

2. Contact data subjects

The service also processes professional contact data (names, companies, phone numbers, social handles) for B2B discovery. Data subjects may request deletion at any time via support@prospeai.com; we honor valid requests within 30 days.

3. How we use data

To provide, maintain and improve the service, to process transactions, to communicate account and security notices, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors (hosting, email, analytics) under confidentiality and with authorities when legally required.

5. Retention

Account and usage data is retained while the account is active and up to 12 months thereafter. Contact data may be retained longer to support pool deduplication, subject to erasure requests.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object or restrict processing. Contact support@prospeai.com to exercise these rights.
