Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ProspeAI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. One person may not share an account across multiple users; use team seats instead.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to: (a) send unsolicited bulk messages that violate applicable law; (b) probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; (c) resell raw contact data as a data broker without a written agreement; (d) circumvent rate limits or credit metering.

3. Credits & payment

Credits are consumed on a per-result basis per the active price list. Credits do not expire as long as the account is active. Refunds are handled case-by-case and documented on the billing page.

4. Data accuracy

We aggregate data from 106+ discovery sources and verify key channels through our own pool. We do not warrant completeness or suitability for any particular purpose; you are responsible for validating data before sensitive use.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, your access ends and any data retention follows the privacy policy.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
